Ciao! We’re Mariana and Graziano, a husband-and-wife team from San Giuliano Nuovo in Alessandria province. For over seven years, we poured our hearts into running Trattoria Mariana, a beloved family restaurant known for its authentic Italian flavors and warm, welcoming atmosphere. Driven by a dream to share our culinary heritage, we boldly moved across the Atlantic, landing in the charming town of Bailey, North Carolina.
In 2020, we were introduced to Richard Wilson, the former owner of The Leaning Tree. Captivated by the unique charm and rich history of the property, we decided to make it our own in 2021.
